I do fell that I have gained confidence in my aspires. Although I hope to continue gaining feebback along the way, speaking my inspiration and goals has brought forth a solid foundation for the beginning of my work for the semester.
According to "the best iPad apps for artist" I have three of the top rated tools needed.
But the applications that i have found most helpful are...
All in all I hope to further my research on "what makes us who we are", by piecing together powerful images in relation to a certain audience or individual. I hope to include a portrait or human form by using the ipad. I plan to look at many tutorials and artist who work in this way, for tips. While I am taking a class devoted to drawing on the iPad, I hope to go above and beyond in this medium to create a somewhat unique piece of work.
I do fear that my work will not standout among the rest. In today's time there is an app for everything and I don't want it to seem that I have merely taken a photo and add a few filters. In the very beginning I only wanted to create from a realistic point of view and often from a reference photo. But now I do not believe that is the strongest use of application; due to the fact that a photograph usually hold a realistic quality, while paintings and other forms of media can highlight each line or brushstroke alone.
